X-Men 3 on DVD Oct. 3

Two special editions of The Last Stand hit video racks this fall. Plus, news of three alternative endings.

Look for X3: The Last Stand on DVD Oct. 3 in two editions, according to Hollywood Reporter.

The special editions will each include three alternative endings, each with optional commentary by director Brett Ratner. The single-disc DVD includes 10 deleted scenes, more audio commentary, a preview of Ben Stiller's upcoming A Night in the Museum, two hidden Easter Egg (one of Beast reciting Shakespeare and another of the X-Jet landing in Washington, DC).

The collectors' edition includes an exclusive 100-page commemorative book with an all-new X-Men story written by Stan Lee.

In addition, Fox is packaging all three "X-Men" movies into a trilogy pack.
