"The end of the road begins..."
The tenth and final instalment in the Fast and Furious franchise is set to race into theaters this May, and star Vin Diesel (via ActionNewz.com) has taken to Twitter to share the first official poster, along with confirmation that the trailer is just around the corner.
According to Diesel, the first trailer for Fast X will debut during a fan event in Los Angeles on Thurs, Feb 9th, before releasing online the following day at 8 a.m. pacific.
Check out the poster, which finds Dominic Toretto in pensive form, below.
The gang is all set to return alongside new recruits Daniela Melchior, Brie Larson, Alan Ritchson, Rita Moreno and Jason Momoa as the villain of the piece. Original director Justin Lin recently parted ways with the project over creative differences, with The Incredible Hulk's Louis Leterrier stepping in to take over.
A recent rumor pointed to Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot reprising the role of Gisele, despite the character being (pretty definitively) killed-off in the sixth movie. This has yet to be confirmed, but it wouldn't be the first time a Fast and Furious movie "resurrected" a character!
Sung Kang's Han - who was Gisele's love interest - returned in Fast 9 after it was revealed that Kurt Russell's Mr. Nobody helped him to fake his own death.
