The sequel to Clash of the Titans which starred Sam Worthington, Gemma Arterton and Liam Neeson, has now been pushed back a week according to a report over at Deadline. Here is a brief excerpt:
The distributor said the Warner Bros./Legendary sequel, Wrath of the Titans, will bow March 30, 2012, a week later than its original March 23 date. That would put it directly against Lionsgate's The Hunger Games.
So, it's only a difference of seven days. Not a lot is known about the sequel, but we do know that the story takes place five years after the last movie and will see Calibus return from the underword seeking vengeance against Perseus. Most of the stars from
Clash of the Titans will reprise their roles.
