Avengers 4 is still shrouded in secrecy and with conflicting reports even about the movie's title, we're no closer to knowing what comes next for Earth's Mightiest Heroes in the Avengers: Infinity War sequel. Now, an alleged piece of concept art has surfaced online which is apparently from the movie and speculation is already mounting that this might actually belong to Captain Marvel. Wait, what?

Well, during the Fear Itself storyline - which saw a number of heroes given Asgardian armour and weaponry - Carol Danvers was seen using an axe which was pretty much identical to this. That doesn't mean it belongs to her, of course, but it's hard not to wonder if Marvel could borrow elements from that storyline in order to power up the team when they square off against Thanos one final time.

What relevance, if any, do you think this axe might have in Avengers 4? Share your thoughts below.
