With Avengers: Infinity War on the horizon, it's fair to say that we're all scrambling to watch the previous Marvel Studios movies before April 27th rolls around. However, if you're truly devoted to the cause, you'll want to head to your local AMC Theater for an epic marathon which looks set to run for a whopping 31 hours, kicking off with 2008's Iron Man and concluding with Avengers: Infinity War.

Tickets aren't available yet but will presumably go on sale when those for the latest Marvel movie are released (which is rumoured to be this Friday). Watching all of these releases back to back is quite a task and one hell of a challenge; will you really be able to enjoy Avengers: Infinity War after staying up for well over a day, though? Ultimately, that's a question every fan will likely have a different answer to!

How will you guys choose to watch Avengers: Infinity War? Does a marathon like this seem like the best way or will you check out the other Marvel Cinematic Universe movies at home first? As always, share your thoughts in the comments section below and stay tuned for further updates on this release.

@incredibleTalk - Feige is WOKE.

He's miles ahead: Releases the movie saying it's a reboot. Then, releases a new one saying it's the original, then ANYBODY will say that it's better, even if it sucks and has shitty CGI from ten years ago.

@FrankieDedo -
And AMC hosted their first MCU Marathon SIX YEARS AGO when Avengers Assemble (2012) came out!

(I actually attended that one, though I'm going to lay off this one simply because it's over an entire day long; anyone want a blood clot from sitting down too long?)

Agreed. And when you walk in, you have to sign an extensive five-page contract stating that you consent and that AMC is not responsible for your loss of brain cells, sleep deprivation, temporary psychosis, diabetes, or deep vein thrombosis you may experience from watching 31 hours of movies back-to-back while sitting in a dark theatre and only eating the available junk food.

@Darkknight2149 - On top of all of that you're seated next to that guy who's in every movie who's WON'T SHUT UP!

@dracula - That's a great day marathon. I feel like anything over three films is really tough to do.

@Kyos - I will be surprised if anyone can stay awake through all 18 movies in a row, who ever does it is probably going to need either a lot of coffee or a lot of drugs

@dracula - Yeah, I guess it's possible, but man, you won't be in a good shape when it's finally time for Infinity War.

@Kyos - My favorite part of that picture is right around 2016 when some jackass on YouTube calls Marvel movies "kind of ugly" and the posters explode with color as a response.

(I say this because it warms my own jackass heart to see jackasses on the internet having an impact.)

@Kyos - There is no way im doing that, the only marathon ive ever done was The Dark Knight Trilogy back in 2012, loved every minute of it, but dame was I tired, I wouldnt even do it if it was a marathon of every batman movie ever made, and he is my favorite superhero, im just going to watch the MCU movies at home, and maybe track down a bootleg of Black Panther since that wont be out on blu ray by the time Infinity War is out

@Kyos - PROVE IT!!

I'll go if there's a version of said marathon that basically just has the phase 1 movies, the Avengers movies, Cap sequels, Guardians movies, and Black Panther. But also replaces Iron Man 2 with a 2 hour formal apology.

Would be so painful to try and stay up 31 hours in a crowded cinema with other people also trying to do the same. Would be an experience, but not an enjoyable one. By the end you would either fall asleep or be too exhausted to really feel the hype of Infinity War, you'd just want it to be over so you could go home and relax.

If you want to marathon the films, at this point the best option is 1 per day before the film's release. Gives you time to relax afterwards rather than rushing into the next one.

@Scarilian - there is no way i could do it, the only marathon ive done was The Dark Knight Trilogy back in 2012, got out of the theater at 3 in the morning, enjoyed every minute, but was tired like hell

@Scarilian - Lol yeah, i'd probably sleep through Incredible hulk & Thor. Ironman 3 & TDW, Ant-man - Homecoming. Just so i had enough stamina to marathon Ragnarok - Infinity War
