With the last news involving the Avengers, there was a speculation that there were conflicts in the film's development. Well that may be dismissed with a tweet from Marvel's editor-in-chief, Joe Quesada.

MarvelFreshman: Mainly could this mean that screenplay writer, Zac Penn has finally come up with a basic story idea for the film, with the possible first draft. Also with producer, Kevin Feige recently confirming Hulk in the film, I suspect this is so.
