Marvel changes time slots for The Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes.

It seems as soon as we grew accustomed to tuning in to The Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes at 8:30 ET on Wednesday nights, Marvel moved their two part special episode to Friday. Now, according to Marvel.com we will have to tune in on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am ET to view future episodes on Disney XD.

Hawksblueyes: I hope this is not a sign that the show isn't doing well. I certainly have been looking forward to new episodes every week.

I really enjoy it so I'm glad that they are moving it to sunday, because Wednesdays is when Human Target is on and I can't watch both of them at the same time.

This isn't a good sign for the show, the only reason to switch timeslots is because of low ratings.

Personally I wish they would have put this show on the Cartoon Network. They could do a Super Hero block on Saturday night Super Hero Squad followed by Batman the Brave and the Bold, The Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes, and finally by Young Justice.

Hopefully this show hangs on. wolverine and the x-men's cliffhanger was brilliant. I hope the Avengers doesn't go down the same road.

The show already has at least a 65 episode commitment, but this show deserves primetime treatment! Hopefully this is a temporary shift for the holidays.

@ LEEE777 - Right on about Pym and the Wasp! To add to that sentiment, I'm starting my campaign here and now for the inclusion of Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch on this show! They're two more essentials that cannot be passed up! Screw the X-Men! The Witch belongs with the Avengers! I also can't wait until the Vision is introduced! One thing at a time....

JonF: Agreed about wanting to see the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver in the Avengers. The Vision is one of my favorite Avengers, and I would LOVE to see him on this show, even if it's just in a one-story 'guest hero' appearance.

Leee: Without Hank and Jan, there is no Avengers movie.

This new time slot is a huge pain in the ass. I've got other things I do Sunday morning so I have time for the ball games. I don't have time to watch anything then. Guess I'll have to find the time. Hopefully, this is just to accomodate their holiday specials, and the show will return to the evening schedule after the first of the year.

If they'd put the damn show on a proper channel, maybe ratings wouldn't be a problem (if that's what it is). Either way, it would obviously garner a lot more exposure for Marvel properties, and therefore sell more toys, make more fans happy, and get diehard fans, casual fans, and potential fans pumped up for the movies. Somebody needs to pull their head out of their ass.

@weneedrevelation- Now that would be a good looking Avengers cartoon and one worthy of Earth's Mightiest!

Out of pure curiosity, I have to ask anyone that is willing to answer....just why is this show great or liked by so many?! Ive tried to watch it, I could barely get past the theme song and Tony Starks voice almost completely took me out of the show. Maybe im missing something and I would sincerely like to know what Im missing or not seeing in this show. Becuz quite honestly I think the show is weak.

This move is fine with me, since I DVR it anyway.

I don't have anything else recording at that time, so it works for me.

I have Church Sundays and Wednesdays so it doesn't matter to me.

I just hope this isn't because of ratings.

I hope they bring in the Scarlet Witch and the Vision next season.

They need to be part of the series.
