Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises are generally regarded as the pinacle of Batman's cinematic adventures, and considered by many to make up one of the greatest movie trilogies of all time.

Now, we hear fans can look forward to revisiting the exploits of Christian Bale's Caped Crusader in 4K Ultra HD.

Christopher Nolan announced that he's working on the remasters during an interview with BadTaste.it, in which he says he's looking forward to home audiences getting to experience his films as close to the 6K resolution they were originally shot on as possible.

No word on when we can expect the 4K versions to hit stores, but we'll update as soon as we hear more.

This is just a money grab. Don't fall for this hype. It's not like Nolan is working hard to digitally turn this trilogy into 4K.
