With Green Lantern and Batman 3 filming in New Orleans, won't it be a bit odd that Coast City looks exactly like Gotham. Or am I missing something?

This saddens me. Its almost like it doesnt even matter now that their just going to reboot this fantastic, classic, epic, beloved, amazing , fanboys dream come true franchise.
It seems so long ago yet just yesterday that Batman Begins was released. That was only six years ago. Time flies while your having fun. And we did have fun Nolan (and the rest of the Bat Crew/Cast) we did have fun.

Supermario: They only used a few locations in New Orleans to shoot Green Lantern. There are a lot of places they can shoot a movie around here where it would not look like the same city. Though it would be cool if they used the site near my work that GL did. I could see us being used for the South American prison where Bane is from. Lord knows, this town is like a prison in more ways than I care to count.

I do ask that anyone who hears anything about shooting locations in New Orleans, please post. If I'm anywhere near the locations, I'll do what I can to get pictures.

That's true. With only a few locations in New Orleans used for GL (as a good portion of the film will take place on Oa), Nolan might be able to pull off the illusion that these are separate cities. One of the biggest complaints about TDK is that Nolan made no attempt to disguise Chicago as Gotham, so maybe he's going to New Orleans to try again.

In any case, with the filming of Batman 3 and the Green Lantern sequels, you're gonna be getting the best of it in Louisiana.
