@nephillim....some say she bears resemblance to a Legion villain called Glorith or perhaps she is a new version of the Monitor or Harbinger.....we have to wait and see what they have in store for us.

It might be Harbinger or a Monitor. Probably she is aware that the DC universe has changed. I'm sure we will get a big storyline from her appearances.

so far it's only speculation.
someone from above mentioned the legion villain, Time Trapper. other theories have been Donna Troy as the new Harbinger and the last interwebs theory is she's the last remaining Monitor.
