GIVEAWAY: Win Copies Of BATGIRL Volume 1 And GRAYSON Volume 1

That's right, we're not giving away just one DC Comics hardcover, but two! Those are Batgirl: The Batgirl of Burnside which gave the character a new costume and outlook, along with Grayson: Agents of Spyral which provided a very different status quo for Nightwing...

Burnside - the coolest neighborhood in Gotham - is a hub for young artists, fashionistas and techies. And now, it is also home to Batgirl. As the newest resident of the city’s hippest zip code, Barbara has new roommates, a new school and a new costume. But as Batgirl’s popularity grows (along with her devoted online fan base), Burnside suddenly seems to have an excess of Batgirls. And one of these imposters is out to kill off the original! Red-hot creative team Cameron Stewart, Brenden Fletcher and Babs Tarr reinvent Barbara Gordon from the boots up in BATGIRL: BURNSIDE (collects #35-40).

Dick Grayson. Former Sidekick. Former Superhero. Former dead man. Agent of Spyral?! A thrilling new chapter of Dick Grayson's life begins here! A super-spy espionage thriller that will shock you and prove one thing: you might think you know Nightwing - but you don't know Dick! Collects Grayson #1-4, Grayson Annual #1, and a story from Secret Origins #8.

LOL, are they REALLY calling it Batgirl Vol. 1 when it starts at issue 35? WTF is that?

Also, DC used to wait a good 18 months to release TPB's. I guess they finally noticed they were getting creamed by Marvel in the collections department. Good for us, bad for comic shops. Why stock DC comics if the collection is coming a month after its most recent issue?

Grayson is my favorite book from the big 2 right now. It helps that a CIA agent helps write the book about spies.

Both books have been great. I've been buying comics digitally for a while. But I love reading tpbs for the books I love.

Dont care how good the book might be. Grayson is Nightwing.
They couldve easily just started a spy book with a new character.

the fact that its hardcover and not directly to softcover means its a good seller though, so I guess were stuck with this for a while
