Hawkeye has been nothing less than amazing since issue #1. Cool seeing Monica Rambeau in that Capt. Marvel preview. I miss NextWave.

Funny how Marvel pretends NEXTWAVE never happened but Monica Rambeau and Aaron Stack are both running around the 616 universe wearing the exact same costumes.

I like the Hawkeye art. David Aja's better, though. I think what you guys aren't liking is the color scheme. Why is the sky beige? Looks like early morning in L.A. And I don't think they need to have Clint ALWAYS wearing purple. Geez.

Love that exchange between the 'Marvels.'

No, it's not the coloring, that Hawkeye art is freakin grade school. It looks like old archie comics my sister use to buy back in 78'.
How the hell did that guy get a comic gig...wow!

@kitboy33, I hear this complaint a lot. Comics are an art form and as such have a right to look different than what you're accustomed to. If you don't like it that's one thing but Hawkeye is far from the only book to have this look. Take a look at Tonci Zonjic's work on Jake Ellis or Iron Fist. I for one am thrilled to see mainstream superhero books taking chances like this. Moving further away from the over muscled, big shoulder pad wearing brutes of the 90's and doing something cool. Again you don't have to like it, but I'm telling you Hawkeye is a future classic in the making. Give it a chance.

Javier Pulido is awesome. I remember when I started reading Catwoman, he drew a great 3 issue arc. And that was back when Ed Brubaker was writing it. It's a shame he's saying goodbye altogether to superhero comics, because Catwoman needs his help, and could much better than what is right now.
