After taking some time in creating a screenplay that could potentially turn into a theatrical release in the not too distant future, Roberto Orci, Alex Kurtzman; whom we all know were attached to "Star Trek," along with the co-creator of “Lost” are awaiting the approval from a rather prestige panel of judges…Steven Spielberg, Ron Howard, Brian Gazer and also the man many see as landing the lead role…Robert Downey Jr.

"We're just literally waiting to hear if they hate it or what," Orci said regarding feedback on the script. "We're waiting to hear from the principals. We try not to turn it in until we think it's ready. Obviously, there are always things you can improve." Although they feel the script is “ready,” only time will tell what the producers feel about their hard work.

I personally have no knowledge of this comic book and never heard of it until this afternoon, but with the names I’ve read who penned the script as well as the producers judging the script, I’m open to see how things will turn out. Now, let’s say the script does get the green light from the panel, it may not fit into the schedule of Downey Jr. If that happens, I wonder who else they have in mind.
