Tom Welling
Superman
Superman, also known as the Man of Steel, is one of the most powerful super-heroes in the DC Universe. His abilities include incredible super-strength, super-speed, invulnerability, flight and heat-vision. Born as Kal-El on the dying planet Krypton, his parents Jor-El and Lara sent him in a rocket to the planet Earth where he would be the last surviving member of his race. His rocket was discovered by the kindly Jonathan and Martha Kent, who raised him as their son Clark Kent in the town of Smallville, Kansas. His upbringing provided him with strong moral values, and life-long friends Lana Lang and Pete Ross. In his secret identity he works as a reporter at the Daily Planet in the city of Metropolis. This is where he interacts with his love interest Lois Lane, and his co-workers Perry White and Jimmy Olsen. His greatest nemesis is the brilliant super-villain Lex Luthor. To preserve the memory of his home planet and provide him rest from his double-life and adventures, he maintains a Fortress of Solitude at the North Pole. Superman remains proud of his dual heritage, taking seriously the lessons of his birth-parents and his adopted parents. Although he is an alien to this world, he heavily values his humanity, and fights with conviction for truth, justice, and the American way. There are several other heroes inspired by or directly related to his legacy, including Superboy and Supergirl. He is also a member of the Justice League of America and the Legion of Super-Heroes.
Well out a doubt the best actor in Hollywood and IS Superman!
Alex Bledel
Lois Lane
Lois Lane is an investigative reporter at the Daily Planet in Metropolis, and Superman's main love interest. Her closest co-workers are Clark Kent, Jimmy Olsen and Perry White. She is a strong and assertive woman more than capable of handling herself in dangerous situations. Her family includes her father, the military leader General Sam Lane, and her sister Lucy Lane. Lois was in love with both Superman and Clark Kent for a very long time, unaware that they were in reality the same person. Eventually, Clark Kent revealed his alter ego to her and they were married. Lois Lane has had a lengthy publication history. She was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, first appearing in Action Comics #1. (1939)
She is fantastic in Gilmore Girls, one of my all time favorite shows. Her and Tom would own the big screen together Nolan, think about it.
Adrian Edmondson
Lex Luthor
Lex Luthor is one of the most dangerously intelligent men on the planet, a super-villain, a brilliant scientist, a billionaire industrialist, and one of Superman's greatest enemies. This combination makes him an extremely powerful and formidable opponent; he is ruthless and efficient and creative. In addition to his personal vendetta against the man who thwarts his every scheme, from an ideological standpoint he despises the alien man of steel for contradicting his human achievements. Luthor has always been a controversial figure in the public eye due to LexCorp's corrupt business dealings, but he has also maintained political popularity. He has been a member of the Injustice Gang, the Injustice League, the Secret Six, the Secret Society of Super-Villains and Project 7734. Lex Luthor was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and has had a lengthy publication history, first appearing in Action Comics #23. (1940)
Adrian is such a deverse actor just see Bottom. I like the actor and it gives me chills seeing him as Lex.
Kevin James
Perry White
Perry White is the editor-in-chief at the Daily Planet and a close friend and ally of Superman. He works alongside Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen. White has lived in Metropolis his entire life, growing up in the rough neighborhood Suicide Slum. His strength and integrity have led him to be one of the world's greatest journalists, and underneath his leadership the Planet hasn't missed a single issue through crisis after crisis. Despite his tough-mindedness and grouchy personality, he has always been a kind and fair boss. Perry is married to Alice White, and he has had two children Jerry White and Keith White. Perry White was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, first appearing in Superman #7. (1940)
Yes he is Doug from King of Queens, he is older now and I cannot see anyone but him playing this super role.
Seth Green
Jimmy Olsen
Jimmy Olsen is most well recognized as Superman's pal. He is an investigative reporter and photo-journalist, formerly a copy-boy, working at the Daily Planet. His closest friends and co-workers are Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Perry White. Olsen has no consistent superpowers of his own, but he is frequently put into situations where he develops bizarre transformations or mutations allowing him to develop weird special abilities. Superman has given him a Signal Watch to call on in case he is ever in danger and needs help. He has been a member of Project Cadmus and the Legion of Super-Heroes. Jimmy Olsen was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and has had a lengthy publication history, first appearing in Action Comics #6. (1938)
He is Jimmy, he can play a little younger and who don't like this actor?
Tara Reid
Supergirl
Supergirl is one of comics most iconic characters, having been introduced during the Silver Age as the younger cousin of Superman. Her death during the Crisis on Infinite Earths heralded the end of the Multiverse and the retroactive erasure of all her history, but subsequent characters would be introduced to carry on the name. After a series of women with connections to but no familial relationship with the Last Son of Krypton, a blond female cousin of the modern Superman was re-introduced in 2004.
Tara is Supergirl, bright blue eyes, great figure and great actress, I love America Pie movies, how about you?
Tom Welling
Bizarro
Criminal mastermind Lex Luthor once acquired the designs for a Duplicator Ray first envisioned by a scientist named Professor Dalton. Modifying the device, Luthor intended on using it to create a super-strong clone of his nemesis, Superman; a mindless slave who would obey Luthor's every command. However, the duplication process failed, and resulted in the creation of an imperfect duplicate of Superman. This artificial being, later began to refer to itself as Bizarro.
Tom of course is perfect for Superman, he is perfect for Bizarro too.
Pamela Anderson
Silver Banshee
The Banshee first appeared in Metropolis in search of an arcane book. Superman, being very gung-ho in this early part of his career, confronted her right away, believing that her touch is what was deadly and that his invulnerability would save him. It was not her touch, however, but rather her voice that proved her deadly weapon, and she nearly killed him. Supes recruited J'onn J'onzz, who deduced that Banshee's power was tied to visual cuing. Superman allowed everyone to think he had died and had J'onn assume the shape of his "ghost." Convinced that she was fighting Superman's ghost, the Banshee could not harm the Martian and fled.
Pam was amazing in one of my all time favorite comic book movies Barbwire, she would be great for this part.
Sam Witwer
Darkseid
Born of the royal family of Apokolips, Uxas is the younger son of Yuga Khan and Heggra. As a young man, Uxas longed to gain the throne of Apokolips, but had opposition in his peaceful brother, Drax. Uxas plotted his whole life to supplant his brother and mother (his father having long been lost in the Source Wall). During this time, Uxas travelled to New Genesis and met a young man, peaceful and innocent in nature. Seeing potential in him, Uxas released his pet bird, then told the boy that his pet cat had eaten it, convincing him to avenge his pet by burying the cat alive. However, when the bird returned, the cat was already dead, and the boy strangled it in rage. The boy soon took the name DeSaad, and would become Uxas' most trusted advisor, and possibly the closest thing Uxas had to a friend. Finally, Uxas saw his chance when a connection to the Omega Realm was discovered. Drax was intended to connect with it and assume his godname, but Uxas interrupted the process and took the power for himself, supposedly killing Drax in the process. When he emerged, he took the name Darkseid as his godname. Heggra was quite pleased with Darkseid's ruthlessness, having long detested Drax's pacifism.
Who didnt like him on Smallville, he is an amazing talent,I loved him as Doomsday, my favorite of the whole show. I think for big screen he can be a good Darkseid.
Patton Oswalt
Toyman
Winslow Schott was a quiet, nice little man who loved to make toys. One day, he is laid off by his employers, who consider his toys too old fashioned and useless. Desiring revenge, Schott adopts the persona of the Toyman and sends exploding toys to the chief executive officers of the company that fired him. Superman stopped him before he could murder Lex Luthor (LexCorp owned the toy company). Toyman was later sprung from prison and used by Intergang to help them build some deadly traps at their lair.
He just says Toyman to me in a big way, what do you think?
Paris Hilton
Cat Grant
Catherine Grant is a well-known gossip columnist for the Daily Planet and one of Superman's romantic interests. She works at the Planet as a reporter alongside Clark Kent, Lois Lane, Perry White, Jimmy Olsen, Steve Lombard and Ron Troupe. Although she works in Metropolis, she began her career in Los Angeles. Grant is very notable for her controversially sexy and flirty style in the workplace, which has gained her a great deal of infamy and control over weaker willed men. She even dated Kent briefly, although they broke up because he had really been in love with Lois the entire time. Her son Adam Grant was tragically murdered by Toyman. Cat Grant was created by Marv Wolfman and Jerry Ordway, first appearing in Adventures of Superman #424. (1987)
She is a top actress to most and I say her lately on the CW show Supernatural and someone like hit me on the head POW Cat Grant.
Arnold Schwarzenegger
Metallo
John Corben was an unscrupulous reporter who worked in the Metropolis area. While driving his car, Corben was involved in a terrible accident and was nearly killed. His broken body was taken to the laboratory of Professor Vale who replaced Corben's failing limbs with a super-strong metallic alloy. He replaced his heart with a surrogate pump made of Uranium and covered the endoskeleton with a foam-latex sheathe resembling human skin. The operation proved successful, but soon after, Professor Vale suffered from a mild stroke.
Dubbed Metallo, Corben began his new life – a life of crime. Metallo's Uranium heart would only last for one day before it needs to be replaced, so Metallo began breaking into various facilities to steal more Uranium. Whenever he felt his Uranium stores running low, Metallo became weak and dizzy.
Corben got a job at the Daily Planet and began courting Lois Lane. Lois was enamored with Corben due to his physical resemblance to Superman – a fact that invariably irritated Clark Kent.
He'll be back, acting that is and this one is perfect for this mega star.
Rowan Atkinson
Mr.Mxyzptlk
Mxyzptlk was born into the fifth dimension and lived there until he became bored with his relatively uneventful life. Seeking exploration and entertainment, Mxyzptlk left and began to explore other realities. Unfamiliar with so-called "lower lifeforms" of other dimensions, Mxyzptlk began experimenting with some of them, testing them in many different ways, some of which were later shown not to have survived Mxyzptlk's tests. Upon one of his trips to the third dimension, Mxyzptlk met his match in Superman. Frustrated that he could not enrage Superman and make him suffer, Mxyzptlk would return many times trying to engage Superman in ever more dangerous and destructive traps. He would continue to do this until the ruling members of his home dimension decided to curb his powers as Mxyzptlk had exceeded even their tolerable levels by engaging in "pranksterism exceeding the bounds of art".
Rowan played Mr. Bean is a British comedy television series of 14 half-hour episodes starring also Rowan Atkinson as the title character. Different episodes were written by Rowan Atkinson too. You may find this an odd choice but so is the actor and character, come on why not, this is a perfect matching.
Jonathan Rhys Meyers
General Zod
While imprisoned inside the Phantom Zone, the Kryptonian known as General Zod and his mate, Ursa, gave birth to a child named Lor-Zod. While living inside of a transported Kryptonian prison cell known as Fort Rozz, Zod manipulated Phantom Zone technology and created a small space-worthy vessel that could maintain a substantial form and leave the Phantom Zone. As his son was the only Phantom Zoner capable of maintaining a physical form, Zod sent the rocket ship out of the Phantom Zone carrying their young son. The rocket entered Earth's atmosphere and would have crash-landed in the heart of downtown Metropolis but for the timely arrival of Superman. Recognizing that the child was of alien origin, he reluctantly left him in the care of Sarge Steel and the Department of Metahuman Affairs. Lor-Zod stunned everyone when he lifted a three-hundred pound television cabinet above his head with no effort. After hearing the child speak, Superman immediately recognized him as Kryptonian. Steel insisted on keeping him overnight for observation. Scientists ran oral DNA tests to determine whether the boy truly was a Kryptonian.
Jonathan Rhys Meyers is probably one of the greatest actors theres ever been, I do not think he would be good as crappy characters such like Namor (lame) and Black Bolt (lamer). He is wasted on them, this actor is brilliant and he needs a BIG comic book role, General Zod is that role.
Have a super time commenting and this is the type of suit I think Tom Welling would fit on the big screen as the one and only ever Superman.
