Moon Knight story act 1:
Marc Spector is a former mercenary and boxing champ. Currently, he is working as a U.S. marine. He is shown working with his partner” Frenchie” at African seas as they travel to Egypt looking for an artifact on a mission assigned to them by the U.S. military. Currently, they’re boat is traveling in a storm. It gets knocked around ad swayed back forth until a huge wave brings it crashlanding on the shores of Egypt. As they wake up a few hours later, they see themselves in the company of an archeologist and his daughter. The man reveals himself to be Dr. Peter Alraune. He and his daughter are searching for the same artifact too. Spector and Frenchie don’t know that until the topic of why Spector and Frenchie are in Egypt. All four of them decide to team up and finish this archeological dig. After finding the object during countless hours of searching, they all marvel in awe at it. That is, until an African mercenary shows up to take it from them. We find out Raoul Bushman is under employ by the African military to take this object so their top scientists can study it. Raoul was told to kill anybody who gets in the way so as the doctor tries to stop him, Raoul cuts off Alraune’s leg with a machete. Spector, horrified b the sight of this, takes a fast swing at Raoul. Raoul grabs his hand and throws him off to the side. Frenchie comes in firing pistol shots that Raoul dodges. Marc Spector gets back up and does a quick side lunge, and then delivers a left hook to Raoul’s face. It knocks him down, but he gets right back up. Spector and Frenchie are still trying to fight him when he grabs both of them and just beats the crap out of them. They are both left for dead as Raoul goes to steal the object. Now that the artifact is in his hands, he goes to the African military. They praise him for his hard work.
A few days later, Spector and Frenchie are shown on a bed in a village in Egypt. They have some of the finest doctors working on repairing their injuries. Once he wakes up, Spector is immediately led to the man who saved him. This man tells him of an even more valuable object called the statue of Khonshu. They warn Spector of its mystical powers. Spector is drawn towards the object’s mysterious presence when a man comes up warning them of an attack on the village by Raoul and his men. As the others are leaving, Spector decides to take action and wrap himself in the silver cloak around the statue. Suddenly, he’s transported somewhere and he sees a vision of Khonshu. Khonshu tells him he must fight these men and become the ultimate hero. Khonshu grants him some mystic weapons and dubs him, “the Moon Knight”. He heads back to the village where he finds Alraune’s daughter Marlene in trouble. With Frenchie still in a coma and no one else to help him, he takes out the men kidnapping her on his own. He throws bolas around one of the mens legs knocking him down to the ground and he removes the bolas and then knocks the guy out with a kick to the face. He then takes out two more of Raoul’s men by using throwing darts on them so sharp that they cut right through to their hearts. As he showcases more of his weapons, he defeats all of Raoul’s men. He then challenges Raoul to a fight and as Raoul swings his machete, Moon Knight constantly dodges all of his attacks and beats Raoul to death with a club. He then tells the village everyone is safe and he wakes up Frenchie and says “ come on, we’re going home”
