Back in those old days, Spawn was a great comic book and the founding of image inspired a lot of new comics and artists to come to the light.
I always thought that the character was cool and original and impressive visually speaking.

I did it on a white sheet with a pencil and by hand, I mean I did not use a computer application to draw it.
I did a colored version but that one was awful so I stayed with the black and white which is the way some drawings look the best.
