Prevalent fan artist
BossLogic took some most popular fan castings and gave us an awesome interpretation of how the actors would look in their respective roles, should they ever end up as a part of Marvel Studios' thriving cinematic universe.
The artist imagined real-life couple John Krasinki and Emily Blunt (A Quiet Place) as Reed Richards and Sue Storm, Zac Efron (Baywatch) as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch and John Cena (Blockers) as Ben Grimm/The Thing.
Check out BossLogic's
tweet, which features four seperate images of each actor in their respectively assigned roles, below:
The artist then followed up his post with a look at what Dr Doom would look like, tagging Mads Mikkelsen in the post, though with Doom's mask you could hardly guess who's in the role.
Krasinski and Blunt have been a fan-favorite choice for the roles for quite some time, but the flame was reignited earlier this week thanks to comments made by Krasinski, in which the actor-director seemed quite eager to take on the role as Reed Richards.
BossLogic also replied to a couple of comments on his post, justifying his choices.
When asked why he picked Efron for the role of Johnny Storm, rather than somebody else, BossLogic said:
I find @ZacEfron plays the smartass/cocky good guy very well
And to a user skeptical of Cena's acting ability, the artist replied:
If you have watched some of @JohnCena latest stuff he is pretty good and he is getting better, plus The Thing is not super complex enough for people to riot over (My 2 cents)
Soon after, the artist reconsidered his choice of Cena's role:
Now that I think about abilities, @JohnCena would be a dope Sue Storm 👀 😂
Disregarding any sort of regulatory mishaps; Fox's sale to Disney should close within the next couple months. Once the deal goes through, Disney will acquire the movie and TV rights to Marvel's first family: the Fantastic Four. And we'll eventually see the family arrive in the MCU.
What do you think about BossLogic's choices for the roles? Do you agree? Disagree? If so, who would you rather be cast in the role?
