Yondu Strikes A Pose In GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 Prop On Display At Comic-Con
Preview night is currently taking place at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, and among the cool items on display is a prop from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 taken from Yondu's ship, the Eclector...
Every year, Marvel brings movie props from their upcoming releases to Comic-Con, usually switching them every day. First up is a very unique portrait from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 featuring Michael Rooker (The Walking Dead) as Yondu. As we already know from that first look concept art, he's going to be a member of the team in the sequel, so it makes sense that he's being spotlighted at the event.
Chances are we'll see something from Doctor Strange next, but you never know what might show up at Marvel's booth. This is a pretty cool piece anyway, and it's become clear that both Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and the Sorcerer Supreme's big screen debut will be Marvel biggest priorities in San Diego this year. Will Spider-Man or Thor get in on the action? We'll just have to wait and see.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set to be released next May, and with director James Gunn and the cast confirmed to appear at Comic-Con, expect more details to be revealed over the weekend.
