Starring Avengers: Endgame stars Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth, it is no doubt that Sony is doing everything they can to capitalize on their recent successes and goodwill. Their marketing so far has been dedicated to the two characters and their chemistry, and not necessarily the setpieces of story surrounding them. This strategy has worked with several blockbusters before (Guardians of the Galaxy) but still has not succeeded with some (Alita: Battle Angel). We'll see which way Men in Black falls in the coming weeks.

Earlier today, IMAX released a stylish poster for Men in Black: International, reminding audiences of its up-and-coming stars, as well as its urgent June 14th release date. Check it out:

Chris Hemsworth needs a better agent, because outside of the MCU... yikes. Granted, I liked Bad Times but that was a mega flop.

@tmp3 - Maybe he should hire Hoult's agent, since you think he is worthy

I assume the color choice for that poster was to highlight the neuralyzer's flash so this result is odd.

Yesterday's IMAX poster and the others were better.

Sony sucks at movies, I hate all of you for letting Venom make so much money.

That might be one of the worst posters i've ever seen. WTF? Like seriously who approved that?

I'm not even invested in this movie, but watching commenters getting so worked up about it is pretty funny. Looks like a fairly disposable sequel for a franchise that is almost entirely composed of disposable sequels.

If Hemsworth is going to survive outside of Marvel, he's going to need to stop riding other people's franchises (MIB, Ghostbusters) and find/create something that's uniquely him (John Wick).

But hey, it's been my opinion for awhile that Hollywood should stop trying to make the Hemsworth brothers happen. It ain't happening with these guys. Audiences have seemingly made it clear they don't need Chris outside of Marvel and they don't need Liam at all.

@Battabing - Chris Hemsworth's a good actor though. He just picks the worst projects
