Hi All,

As another Summer of Comic book, Sci-fi and Fantasy blockbusters draws closer to its final release.

I was just wondering what CBM you are all most looking forward to next year.

This is not constrained to summer blockbusters or comic book movies but all the films (well hopefully all) the ones people have posted about on this wesbite.

If I have missed your favourite out, I apologise up front but there's alot coming out next year and I have tried my best to include them all.

Happy Voting!!

The Avengers. no question. Batman is a close second though.

I pick Avengers because I thought Iron Man was far superior to TDK. So I'm a little more invested in Marvel's movies at this point.

You have serious problems if you don't put TDKR at number 1. It is superior in every way, and the succes of TDK will only CARRY ON to TDKR!
The Avengers is not better
Star Trek sure as h*ll isn't better
And who the F(rick) votes for Spiderman?
Superman is my number 2, while the Avengers in number 3.
The ONLY PEOPLE the vote AGAINST Batman are MARVEL fanboys, and people who are TIRED of Batman and his SUCCESS!

1)TDKR
2)The Avengers
3)Man of Steel
4)Spiderman
5)Star Trek 2
6)The Hobbit
7)Wrath of the Titans
8)John Carter of Mars
9)Underworld 4
10)Ghost Rider 2

Superman all the way. This is his moment of sheer REDEMPTION! =D

WB is gonna want to make a good Superman film this time after the mistake they made last time.

Iron Man was indeed a great movie, but I find TDK superior. I am a big Batman fan, but I have been a Marvel fan for much longer. I just find that TDK has a better story to tell, even though Iron Man's origin in Iron Man was a lot cooler tha batman's in Batman Begins.

@TheShadow- Well...I mean...I hope WB doesn't screw it up again. But see it's hard to say because it IS Warner Bros and they don't seem to care for their CBMs nor the fans.

@marvel72- I agree with you my friend. I'm gettin tired of Batman films. Only reason why I'm not quite as tired of Superman films is mainly because most of his films were back in the 80's and...the last one he had was in 2006 and it sucked balls. lol

Whereas Batman has had movies throughout the 90's and 2 really great ones for the 2000 era.

It's time WB gave Batman a rest and focused on making at least ONE decent modern day Superman flick then move on to the other characters.

@ Shadow

First of all, I'm not a MARVEL Fanboy. I'm a comic book fanboy. I know its easy to confuse because this site is swarming with Marvel Fanboys, so i'll let it slide :) But I've been reading comics for 25 years, so I know that anyone that descriminates between companies is just depriving themselves of good stories. EVERY comic company does some good things, and some bad.

I like Iron Man more because of one reason. It was more fun. I've owned both movies since the day they released on DVD, and i've watched iron man more times than i can count, yet I can count on one hand how many times i've watched TDK. To me, that says everything.

TDK is still a fantastic movie, my second favorite in fact, and i'm still really pumped for TDKR. But the fun factor of Iron Man and pretty much all the Marvel movies so far puts Marvel's cinematic world just a little ahead of Nolan's Bat-movies. Again, not to take anything away from TDK, but i'll take a fun movie over a depressing movie any day of the week. :)

hope that makes more sense now, because I feel my reasoning is very valid!

@MARVEL72
So you are saying, that the only reason you dislike TDK because it was a Batman film, not because it was a bad movie?

@Corndogburglar
I respect that.
