Will Tom Hiddleston Have A Cameo In THE MUPPETS... AGAIN?
The latest rumor concerning Disney's sequel to The Muppet states that Tom Hiddleston, who plays Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is set to appear in a cameo role in the European caper.
Take this news with a grain of salt, but according to the Muppets Henson blog (who cite the actor's Hamilton Hodell page), Tom Hiddleston will be making an appearance in Disney's upcoming sequel The Muppets... Again!. The site says that Hiddleston, who is best known for playing Loki in Marvel's Thor and The Avengers, will play the 'Great Escapo'. No other details are available, but the role will likely be one of many celebrity cameos (which include Christoph Waltz and Ray Liotta) in the film. Again, take this report with a grain of salt for the time being, as the studio has yet to confirm. Hiddleston will reprise his role as Loki in Thor: The Dark World, which hits theaters November 8th.
