STAR WARS JEDI: FALLEN ORDER Receives A New Gameplay Trailer From The Xbox E3 Conference

Just in case yesterday's 15-minute gameplay walkthrough wasn't enough, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order returned to the spotlight of E3, appearing at the Xbox conference with a brand new gameplay trailer.

Following yesterday's extended gameplay premiere of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, the highly anticipated single-player action-adventure game from EA popped up again during Microsoft's Xbox E3 conference. While it wasn't quite as in-depth as the 15-minute gameplay walkthrough, the trailer highlights some of the more action-packed moments from the game.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order tells an original story set after the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. In this single-play title, you'll play as Cal Kestis (Gotham star Cameron Monaghan), a young Padawan who managed to survive Order 66 and is now tasked with restoring order. Along the way, the young padawan will complete his training and master the art of the lightsaber. As we learned yesterday, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is officially canon, which explains the heavy involvement of Saw Gerrera.

Between yesterday's gameplay and today's trailer, we now have a much better idea of the type of game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be; it definitely gives off an Uncharted vibe, but in a galaxy far, far away.

The Jedi have fallen. Now you will rise. In STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order, hone your Force powers, master lightsaber combat, and learn to fight like a Jedi.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will launch on November 15, 2019 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

@tmp3 - I laughed out loud at the end of that trailer but it's awesome and it was nice to see him on stage.

Been wanting to buy myself an Xbox One for a while now (mostly for its 4K Bluray player that the PS4 still lacks for some reason), this game might make the purchase more likely.

@obarium - But this comes out for PS4 too. So surely it would be an Xbox exclusive that would make you more likely to buy it.

@Nightwing1015 - Well I don't own a PS4 and don't play a ton of games outside of Pokemon, so that's why buying an Xbox One has been a 'maybe' rather than a certainty for a while.

Hyped for Sword and Shield btw. Itching to chuck them on my Switch.

Can't believe this guy is going back to Shameless, that show has been going down hill since season 6, I still enjoy it, but now its more of a guilty pleasure. Plus the writing for his character has been trash for the past few seasons

For all my frustrations with the handling of the Star Wars films, I love how well they're weaving together elements from different media.

Saw Gerrera debuted in Clone Wars (animation), came back in Rogue One(film) and Rebels (animation), now is getting more fleshed out in Fallen Order (video game). The Inquisitors debuted in Rebels (animation) and are now going to be in Fallen Order (video game). Star Wars is coordinating canon across film, animated television, live-action television, comics, novels, and video games. While you don't need to see everything, it rewards the fans that do follow more of this new lore. It's a shame Marvel didn't do some of that with the Netflix series. I realize Marvel Studios and Television are separate, but a little bit of effort and communication could've gone a long way.

I kind of just wish they used Kanan Jarrus instead of introducing a new character who needs to be written out prior to A New Hope.
