Following a screening in London this evening, the first reactions to Morbius have been revealed, and, unfortunately, they're not good so far. The post-credits scenes, in particular, are coming under fire.

Sony Pictures held a Morbius screening in London today, and while critics remain under strict embargo until March 31, those who attended have started sharing their thoughts on social media. As a result, we have a mixture of reactions from fans, bloggers, and even a few journalists, all of whom have had plenty to say.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of the reactions are not very good.

It appears Morbius failed to strike the same time chord as last year's Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and is coming under fire for poor storytelling, and perhaps more surprisingly, its post-credit scenes. There are two of them, and the response seems to be a mixture of anger and confusion; there's been no word on what they entail, but it sounds like they'll be divisive.

We'll share our review in a few days, but it's important to note that these are just a handful of opinions. Critics and fans often disagree, so it will be interesting to see if that will be the case here. As you can see below, there are those who did find elements of the movie enjoyable!

Morbius arrives in the UK on March 31 and hits U.S. theaters the next day.

How do you get people NOT excited for Tom Holland to fight the Sinister 6. I guess they figured it out. They better cut Morbius out of the team if they know what's good for them.

So it's basically the same as the Venom movies, except it doesn't have Tom Hardy to trick the Film Twitter zombies into giving it a pass. Figured.

@MUTO123 - to be fair the gay buddy alien goop comedy routine is somewhat compelling compared to....scientist has vampirism.

@MUTO123 - How is a genuinely good performance a "trick"? People can like a film because of a performance.

I mean Smith as the highlight isn't that surprising. The man is a great actor that gets stuck in duds like Terminator Genisys.

@ModHaterSLADE - the best actor to get stuck in crap films. Such a waste of talent. Real MCU needs to pick this man up

This is starting to be like a comic book equivalent of the Dark universe that died with the Mummy.

When this fails, let marvel reboot the character in a Blade movie
