Trailer Addict have revealed the news that the official teaser trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man will be released online this coming Thursday. Here is an excerpt from their report with all the specific details. As for which site it'll be through, stay tuned for more as we have it, although it's likely to be either Yahoo! Movies or Apple Trailers.



We have received confirmation from Columbia Pictures that the first trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man will hit the Internet this Thursday at midnight PST. We will have it for you as soon as it becomes available, but until then check out some filming footage.

I have a feeling that POV scene at the end of the trailer is MEANT to be seen in 3D. While I don't care for 3D, if they were to do it for any superhero film, Spidey is it.

I just pray to Odin that the FPS is just for teasers and marketing and not the actual film, it was ok for DOOM but not for Spidey. I am just worried that the film will be to dark but I believe in Marc Webb.

Even in HD it's going to feel wrong. I predict this movie will be a hit with the younger crowd and be considered by hardcore fans like a 2 hour extended version of the Emo scence from SM3.
