A few days ago, Sony Pictures announced plans to release the "More Fun Stuff" version of Spider-Man: No Way Home in theaters this September. The news has drawn a mixed response from fans, especially as the expectation is that the deleted scenes promised for the Blu-ray release (which were ultimately missing with no explanation) are what will be included.
That aside, and there's no denying the prospect of seeing more of the Spider-Men in action is an amazing one. Potentially offering a glimpse at what to expect, a new pre-visualisation video has been released by Digital Domain's Matt McClurg showing moments absent from the final cut.
As you can see below, we find Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield, and Tobey Maguire's Peter Parkers all preparing to step through the portal that would take them to the Statue of Liberty. There's also a fun shot of one web-slinger swinging another around before launching them at one of those Multiversal villains.
There's nothing to say that any of this will be included in Spider-Man: No Way Home's re-release, but until that swings into theaters, seeing more of these spectacular superheroes together is welcomed. This team-up was so astonishing that it somewhat overshadowed what we saw in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and the threequel remains one of the MCU's best-reviewed titles (you can revisit our verdict by clicking here).
