On the Zap 2 It website, according to a report from TV Guide, Michael Ironside and Peyton List will guest-star on an episode in the tenth (and sadly final) season of "Smallville" as Lois's father General Lane and sister Lucy, respectively. This will be the first time that Lois, her sister, and her father will all appear in the same episode. General Lane and Lucy had previously appeared on the show's fourth season in separate episodes. No word yet on what the episode is about, but the TV Guide report says the episode with the Lanes will air in October.

Ironside is no stranger to Superman before "Smallville," as fans may remember him as the voice of Darkseid on "Superman: The Animated Series" and then he reprised the role on the "Justice League" cartoon series.

There's also a report about the latest on Michael Rosenbaum's possible return as Lex Luthor. Just click the link to check out the whole report.

possible return of lex luthor? rosenbaum has to respect the fans that made him a star and come back for an episode. even the last one.he is an amazing lex.he HAS to come back. they can't leave him dead anyway. although we all know he is not dead in the superman comics, those who watch smallville but are unfamiliar to the superman mythos might think him dead. and he is superman's archnemesis for [frick]'s sake, not clark's.come back mike!

I've heard a lot of bad things about the episode Lucy. I wouldn't touch that episode with a 10-foot pole.
