I for one love the original Crow movie with Brandon Lee. Made me happy because it even came on MTV last night and brought back a lot of old memories.

But me being the person that I am I love reboots...I usually love them because of the updated graphics and sometimes there just sweet.

But today while I was surfing the web I found 2 article talking about the reboot. The first talked about Stephen Norrington signing on to write and direct a reinvention of The Crow. The word they used was REINVENTION lol.

The next article was about jason stathom playing the crow

Im sorry I like Jason but as The Crow naw!

So I got the thinking...who actually would be a good replacement for the crow. Then I watched The Dark Knight and I was like perfect!!

 Heath Ledger could do The Crow nicely but then i thought dammit he's dead.

So I started doing more thinking and I came up with 2 names Kevin Zegers

Please give your ideas of who could take the spot. but I also kno that sum of you don't even want a reboot.

I love the original film and Brandon Lee was perfect for the role. I'd be interested to see what they do, if they do "reinvent" it. I like your suggestions for replacements and your syggestion of Heath Ledger got me thinking: How about Joseph Gordan-Levitt? He is an amazing actor and his looks are very close to Ledger's.

JUDT SAY 'NO' to Crow reboot! It's inslting both to the film AND to the memory of Brandon Lee that anyone is even considering remaking this classic! THIS IS JUST PLAIN WRONG PEOPLE!

Im sorry this is one movie that should not be remade, period it was perfect why ruin it and stomp on Brandons legacy!!! I hope it doesnt get the green light. And the Joker should not be recast in Nolans reboot of Batman.

Its gonna be a REMAKE! An it will suck im afraid!

THIS and ROBOCOP do not need to be REMADE!!!

Have any of you [frick]ing idiots ever read the crow? The movie SUUUUUUCKED! It is by far the WORST adaption i've ever seen on screen ( and that's saying something!). It was soooo cheesy and campy, the graphic novel makes you feel sad, it actually made me cry at some parts. They need to work from the source material this time.

@divo@ Much agreed on the fact that it didn't pull from the source very much at all, but I have to disagree on the fact that the movie sucked it was a really good movie and in a time when comic movies really weren't taken seriously at all is saying something.

DIVO @ Ive read THE CROW an the movie was a CLASSIC! An a Billion times better that that piece off cat poop called WOLVERINE! ; )

How about they do a new CROW movie, make it original an try an make a CROW as good as the first one instead of going backwards again! Same goes for ROBOCOP!!! God, im sooooooo glad we're not getting reboots/remakes of PREDATOR and ALIEN now!

Okay guys lee and osiris, it WAS a decent movie for the time. But I watched it a couple of weeks ago, and it is way toooo campy, it needs to be done right. I just hate how people think it was this amazing movie and they've never read the book...

@divo@ I'm not saying it was amazing or anything I definitely don't hold it up on a pedestal like some people do, I just think it's a fun movie to watch and I haven't actually watched it in like 3-4 years.

the novel is amazing, the movie is as good as anyone could make imo. i think it would be damn hard to capture the depth and feeling of the book,and the movie kicked alot of ass. I loved it the day it came out and still do to this day. They are not the equals on most levels if at all, but the first movie is as close to the source material as it ever came, dont believe me go watch crow city of angels.
