SPOILERS: GOTHAM Season 3 Finale Teases The Emergence Of Another Classic Bat-Villain

Last night's season finale of Gotham was eventful for many reasons, but perhaps most intriguing was the suggestion that a certain supernatural Batman villain would be joining the fray in season 4.

Will Butch Gilzean (Drew Powell) actually turn out to be Solomon Grundy? That was certainly implied after it was revealed that his real name is Cyrus Gold during last night's season 3 finale of Gotham.

We found out the truth after the unfortunate gangster was gunned down by Barbara Keene, and although she shot him point blank in the head, it looks like Mr. Gold is still breathing. This could well be setting up the emergence of the near-unstoppable undead villain in season 4.

We'll have to wait and see, of course, but in the meantime you can check out a brief tease of what's to come in the video below, which also includes footage of Bruce Wayne taking his first steps to becoming The Dark Knight of Gotham City.

@BreakTheCode - What are you smoking MAN? It's a show about Batman MAN! Except Batman isn't in it, and it's about him as a boy, and it has moronic villains like Fish Mooney a half cow, half fish monster which on paper sounds cool but in the show is played by a sexy woman, and it's convoluted which increases the mystery of it's basic plot lines that a 3 year old could follow, and it is somehow still on the air even though WE'RE IN AN ERA OF TV NEVER BEFORE SEEN IN THE HISTORY OF THE MEDIUM WITH GROUNDBREAKING SHOWS THAT SURPASS MOST OF THE AWFUL JUNK ROCKET FIRED OUT OF THE RECTUM THAT IS HOLLYWOOD.

Overall i'd give Gotham a 9/10.
