We've all heard that NBC's superhero show "The Cape" airs this Sunday with a two hour special but here's a new one regarding the show: You can create a villain that can appear on the show! Thats kinda cool!
According to the series website "Entries will be judged 50% on originality and 50% on creativity."
However its not a supervillain you can create since The Cape himself doesn't possess otherwordly powers.
You can only submit one villain during the contest and you must have entered by January 28th, 2011.
