Earlier last week, comic book artist Jeffrey Veregge tweeted his support for the idea of Stranger Things actor David Harbour taking up the mantle of Indiana Jones after "much coffee and contemplation." Harbour retweeted the notion, adding "Throw me the whip!"

This YouTuber took it the idea a step further and edited a trailer together, depicting the mysterious plot of Stranger Things' first season as an Indiana Jones-style adventure.

As far as we know, production of Indiana Jones 5 remains in early stages with Harrison Ford set to reprise the role of the good professor.

What would you think of Harbour in the role? Do you think Stranger Things' second season will pay homage to Temple of Doom? Let us know in the comments!
