A new international trailer for Terminator: Dark Fate has been released, and it contains quite a bit of previously unseen footage.

This latest look at the upcoming sci-fi actioner places the focus on one of our new protagonists, Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes), as she attempts to escape from Gabriel Luna's relentless killer cyborg with the help of Mackenzie Davis' Grace and a couple of very familiar faces.

The most recent trailer for Dark Fate assuaged some fan concerns, but there does still seem to be quite a bit of trepidation surrounding this latest attempt to revive the flailing franchise after the disastrous Terminator: Genisys. Getting Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton back on board was definitely a smart move, but we'll have to wait and see if it pays off when the movie blasts into theaters this November.

Check out the new trailer below along with a Korean TV spot and some recently released character posters.

Grace And Dani Ramos

The first poster features a pair of new characters, Dani Ramos and Grace.

Grace (Mackenzie Davis) is actually not a new type of Terminator as we previously assumed, but a mechanically enhanced human. Dani (Natalya Reyes), meanwhile, is the unassuming young woman Grace has been tasked with protecting.

REV-9

Former Ghost Rider actor Gabriel Luna will play the franchise's latest villain: a lethal Terminator known as REV-9.

We still don't know a whole lot about this new killer cyborg, but he's believed to be some sort of T-800/T-1000 hybrid. The trailer also revealed that he's able to replicate himself, which should make things very difficult for Sarah Connor and co.

Sarah Connor

Speaking of Linda Hamilton's returning hero, this banner gives us a badass new look at Sarah Connor, who appears to be more than ready to dispatch any number of "metal motherf*ckers" that get in her way.

The T-800

Will that include Arnold Schwarzenegger's "Carl?" Connor makes it very clear that she'll attempt to destroy the older model T-800 once Dani is safe, but something tells us she'll rethink her stance by the end of the movie.

@thing94 - Agreed sadly. They should've just concluded it with Judgement Day.

I was more interested in this when Tim Miller was just talking about how good it was gonna be. The more that comes out, the more it looks like another Genisys. Just my opinion, this one may put the franchise in the dirt for awhile.

Terminator, a franchise initially known for incredible and cutting edge practical effects, devolving into CGI guck with every installment after T2 is pretty sad. Feel like Paramount is gonna lose a lot of money between this and Gemini Man, but I don't think this will get as bad reviews as that.

They're still hiding Edward Furlong, I see.

@Battabing - They're only using his face and CGI-ing it onto a younger kid. He's not gonna physically appear, here's the CG double with young Arnold's CG double (jeez, this will be the third terminator film with CG young arnold in a row)

I’m personally rooting for this film to be good. Hopefully it is.

I'm not moved by this trailer at all. It doesn't seem to break any new ground. And how many times can they make an excuse in the script to bring back Arnold? He was great but it's over. How many times can they change the past to protect the future and still make it compelling?

@JizzerTron - That's why Cameron stopped after T2, there was nothing left to tell, without repeating yourself a third time. I think it looks good, but I want to see the movie first before I judge the whole film.

@Timerider84 - It's the same dilemma with Ripley in Aliens and Megatron in the TF films and now Palpatine in the SW franchise and countless other films. They're always trying to bring these great characters back. There's just so much disbelief I can suspend...
