OK so I was watching the new movie Batman Year One. It was so God awful I don't know where to start. Well it started off good but it focus so much on Jim Gordon. When it dose show Batman it was super early in the movie. Example was Bruce was like going under cover as a thug to see how the Gotham turned into scum. Right after that he becomes Batman. WHAT?! no middle story of how and where he got the suit and the weapons. WTF. Then out of no where Catwoman said just suit up and starts robbing banks. Who ever idea it was make this should have put a lot more time into making this. It was so bad. Another thing ti top it off was that Batman was really bad.

I ask because it would explain your surprise at the story. The animated film is extremely faithful to the comic.

i agree batman year one was ok at best. the movie had alot of potential but just fell short and didnt have enough batman in the movie. catwoman was pointless and batmans voice was horrible!!!! the movie ended with bruce wayne jumpin off a bridge to save a baby lol com' on son!

@ blazin 201 thank you. I didn't read year one but it could have been better. Not really bitching about it. They could have done a better job.

I watched it last night. I think the biggest issue was pacing of events.

Catwoman short isn't bad, but for WB animation its a tad racy and a little suggestive.

I would give this 3.5 of 5 Seemed a bit to short over all.

I am kinda jazzed about the Justice League : Doom coming down the pike.
