Recently a meeting was held at the Disney Stockholders conference hall a few days ago, Yahoo were able to get some information on what Pixar president, Bob Iger had to say, Mr Iger talked about Disney's plans for the next couple of years and let something (slip?), read on below.

On the animation front, Pixar continues to create great value for our company too. We are very excited about Monsters University which opens next month. Pixar’s slate of films for the next five years includes fantastic original stories as well as some great sequels to their previous hits. And as we recently announced, we are in production on one of those sequels, Finding Dory, featuring Ellen DeGeneres once again as the voice of Dory, one of the most beloved characters from Finding Nemo which was one of the most popular and profitable movies to date.

While many of you on this site (myself included) thought almost imediately, Incredibles 2?, while that would be amazing, sadly the director of that film, Brad Bird is off shooting another film called Tomorrow Land . With that a side, what Pixar film would you like to see get a sequel? Comment below and let us know!

one thing's for sure, it certainly wont be the Incredibles unless Brad Bird decides to come back and do it, and as stated in the article he's doing another movie. Dont think the Incredibles will ever get a sequel imo, Bird just doesn't want to do it

Love their originality but when you consider the economy and that original films Brave wasn't the full frontal success they expected you can understand why Pixar is being cautious and is opting for sequels.

"Incredibles 2"

Incredibles 2 should take place 10 years later from where the first one left off! Mr. and Mrs. Incredible have opened their own superhero marriage counseling center where married heroes like them are having difficulties in their marriage! Jack-Jack is in the 5th grade! Dash is in his senior year of high school! And Violet is married to a (powerless) regular guy! Dash has become a high school superhero that no one knows about! He saves nerds/students from bullies in his school! Violet is having trouble telling her husband that she has powers but when she accidentally uses her powers to save her husband he finds out that she is a super being! (Secretly) her husband actually does have super-powers but he's also a Super Villain in charge of his own super-villain alliance!

Only Incredibles 2 deserves a sequel. Pixar needs to go back to what made them so successful: making original and creative movies that both kids and grown ups can enjoy.

Incredibles 2 needs to happen as the first was one of the best they have ever done.

Hopefully Pixar ignores the Cars franchise forever and focuses on an Incredibles sequel.

The only Pixar film I can imagine getting a sequel is The Incredibles or maybe Toy Story.

I doubt they'll do it, though.

I really want to see The Incredibles 2. That's my favorite Pixar movie. I always thought it would be cool if the next Incredibles movie was a prequel, I would love to see more of that golden age of superheroes they showed in the beginning.

Hopefully not Cars 3 or Toy story 4.

Please be Incredibles 2 or A Bug's Life 2.

It's not that Bird doesn't want to do it. He just doesn't want to crap out a sequel for the sake of having a sequel out there. Until he's as excited about a story for a new Incredibles film as he was about the first, it's just not going to be a priority for him.

And truthfully, I'd rather have the one good one and no other than a bad one for no good reason.
