AVENGERS 4 Set Pics Seemingly Confirm That Jeremy Renner's Clint Barton Will Take Up The Mantle Of Ronin
Some new images from the set of Marvel's currently shooting Avengers 4 have made their way online, and they give us a glimpse of a very distinctive-looking costume beneath actor Jeremy Renner's overcoat...
We recently reported on a runmor that suggested Clint Barton would be dropping his current superhero persona and adopting the mantle of Ronin for the fourth Avengers film, and these latest set snaps would seem to confirm it.
Since then, we have brought you some pics of Jeremy Renner looking decidedly un-Hawkeye like, but up until now we haven't had any indication of a new costume.
However, if you take a closer look at the images below, you'll notice what appears to be a black and gold outfit peeking out from the actor's coat. While this isn't proof that Hawkeye will become the far more ruthless samurai sword-wielding Ronin, it is some pretty solid evidence.
Thoughts? Avengers: Infinity War will hit theaters on May 4, 2018 with the still untitled Avengers 4 following on May 3, 2019.
