BATMAN: THE KILLING JOKE Set To Receive A One-Night Only Theatrical Release
Well, it looks like there's going to be a third DC Comics film hitting theaters this year - Batman: The Killing Joke! The animated feature has secured a one-night only theatrical release.
Batman: The Killing Joke is coming to a theater near you!
Thanks to Fathom Events, in partnership with Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Warner Bros. Animation, & DC Entertainment, the eagerly awaited animated feature has secured itself a one-night only theatrical release nationwide. The film will arrive in select cinemas on Monday, July 25, and will have two screenings, one at 7:30 PM and another at 10:00 PM. local time. Details on which theaters will be showing the film are still to-be-determined, but tickets are slated to go on sale on Friday, June 17.
In addition to the film, a special introduction from star Mark Hamill along with a never-before-seen documentary about Hamill's casting process will also be attached and the showing will conclude with a special behind-the-scenes look at the Joker's memorable song and dance number that was recreated for the film.
