Last week we brought you all with the latest still from Warner Brother/DC Comic's next animated feature, Son of Batman, which focuses on Damian Wayne, who is Bruce's son. This new still features Dr. Kirk Langstrom, who is mixing some dangerous chemicals. Comic fans know Langstrom as the mighty Man-Bat. The character is voiced by Xander Berkeley (Terminator 2: Judgement Day) and Son of Batman will hit DVD and Blu-Ray on May 6, 2014.

Batman learns that he has a violent, unruly pre-teen son with Talia al Ghul named Damian Wayne who is secretly being raised by Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins.

What's up with the quality, was this pulled straight from a glitching video?

I really dislike the actor who does Batman in the New 52-verse.

@earzmundo it's Batmans 75th anniversy that's why their doing ANOTHER Batman animated movie. Still they should've done a better story arc like Hush or the Killing Joke so many great Batman arcs.

No Man's Land would have to be a 2 parter
Hush would be amazing

Kevin Conroy will always be the best. Of course, he can't be Batman forever, but we could do with a voice actor who's at least serviceable. Ben McKenzie was the worst ('Year One'), followed by Stephen Baldwin ('Crisis on Infinite Earths')... and Roger Craig Smith ('Origins') was only tolerable.

You know who would do a good Batman? Out of left field, I give you...

Jeremy Renner

the Long Halloween and Hush would both have to be two-parters, although maybe Hush could be a bit more condensed (leave out the Jason Todd red herring, and the Huntress/Scarecrow bits)... but I think people would buy the whole thing just as TDKReturns proved.

The thing about Long Halloween is the art... Tim Sale's style to be exact.... could that work in animated form?

i still thinks kevin conroy sucks a lot as voice-over of the batman, since i was a kid.
i dont understand why people like him as the greatest batman voice-over artist.
i just dont get the momentum his voice as batman.either he voicing as bruce wayne or batman, the voice is always same....[frick]ing same.batman should has a growl voice to terrifying his opponent, not what kevin conroy did for batman's voice.

i prefer will arnett's voicing as batman in lego the movie.that's batman.he should do the voice-over for batman animated series near the future.

i respect your opinion about kevin conroy.but i just did not get it and not really into it.maybe peter weller voicing the batman in TDKR animated movie was kinda a lil bit sucks and plain since when he voicing both bats and bruce,he keep the tone of his voice almost same, just what kevin conroy did.but will arnett,in my opinion he can pull the bat-voice better than kevin conroy.i was totally blow when will arnett voicing the bruce wayne in one scene in lego the movie which is for me totally different than he voicing the batman.
