As we all wait with bated breath for The Batman to arrive in theaters, B-Roll footage for the DC Comics adaptation has surfaced that offers a glimpse into how the movie was made. As well as behind-the-scenes shots from various action scenes (including Selina Kyle's brawl with the Caped Crusader), the Batmobile sees some action, and we get a closer look at Batman's new cowl.
It's also an interesting surprise to see the same type of LED video wall used in The Mandalorian on The Batman's set. Giving Pattinson's vigilante a Gotham City to look out over, it was clearly incredibly useful to director Matt Reeves on a number of levels. As well as giving the actors more than a green screen, it no doubt saved the crew from attempting to travel during the pandemic.
There may be some mild spoilers in this video, so we'd suggest watching with caution!
