Before prosecuted criminals are transferred to Stonegate Penitentiary or Arkham Asylum they usually start out in Gotham City Jail. It is a medium-sized containment facility located in the heart of the city. How will it be used in Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice? Does this mean Commissioner Gordon is making an appearance?
