This may come as a surprise, a user on Reddit has revealed a single document from the Sokovia Accords bill presented to Captain America and the Avengers in the Civil War Trailer from the Phase II Box Set Collection released this month.
The single document itself is interesting, which states the following:
"In accordance with the document at hand, I hereby certify that the below mentioned participants, peoples, and individuals, shall no longer operate freely or unregulated, but instead operate under the rules, ordinances and governances of the aforementioned United Nations panel, acting only when and if the panel deems it appropriate and/or necessary."
Another thing of note, a Reddit user has uploaded a still of the full Sokovia Accords bill stating: "Got an advanced copy from a contact in Wakanda. This is not good."
