Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

Looks friggin cool. What's even better now that I think about it, we have little no glimpses of the fight in the movie, we really have only seen cap throw a couple soldiers around and the Cap, buck, and Tony fight. Still a lot to reveal.

@ScarletWarlock - There will be a ton of clips in the coming weeks. So if you want to go in fresh, avoid those.

I have no will power, however.

I'm going to mainline this film when it comes out.

@PsychoticSpaceRaccoon - I didn't look at anything for Ant-Man in terms of tv spots and clips. As for every other movie(excluding bvs because I honestly didn't give a crap about that movie way before critics destroyed it) I pretty much gave in. The sad part is I've know EVERY single post credit scene since Avengers before I actually see the movie, I may have to avoid the internet for a week, but I'm not even sure I have the will power to leave the site. I'm like a crack addict scrambling for more news.

By the way, now that I've done 5 minutes of research, it's pretty obvious that Mads is playing Strange villain Chthon.

Matches with everything said about his character and the latest set pics. I'm 90 percent sure here.

Mads is playing Modred the Mystic, who is obsessed with dark magic and seeks out the cursed book Darkholm, which then allows the dark lord Chthon to inhabit his body.

Spoiler alert, I guess, because this is obviously what's happening in Doctor Strange this November.

@PsychoticSpaceRaccoon - That's Chthon the elder god possessing the body of Quicksilver. Plus Chthon the Elder god aka The Other was already in the Avengers and he was killed by Ronan in Guardians of the Galaxy.

@Demongod20 - I don't think The Other was confirmed as Chthon. And you're right about Quicksilver. I augmented my theory to state that Chthon possesses Modred the Mystic, who Mads Mikkelsen is playing. You can screencap this, because I'm almost positive this will be the case.
