The Helicarriers Take The Battle To The Sky In CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER

I give my theory on why the helicarriers are firing at each other in the second trailer for Captain America : The Winter Soldier. I found virtually zero comment on that matter so click to find out what I think.

By now we've all seen the second trailer for Captain America: The Winter Soldier and the response has been highly positive. But one thing that has not been mentioned, is this part of the trailer shown in the gif above. It shows the three helicarriers engaged in some type of aerial battle shooting at each other. It looks to be a handicap match with two helicarriers going up against one.

Since the movie involves Captain America going up against S.H.I.E.L.D., my theory is that Maria Hill might be the one in command of the helicarrier which goes rogue. Not to say that Nick Fury couldn't be in command but if we go by the theory that SHIELD controls the Winter Soldier and tasked him with eliminating Fury and Captain America, it seems unlikely that he would infiltrate a helicarrier and starts to give orders out of the blue. He may even be hiding and only Cap might know he's still alive like we saw in the trailer. The line "How do we know the good guys from the bad guys ?" from The Falcon also seems to support the idea that they have people on their side at this point in the movie.

This will truly, and without a doubt, be the best movie of Phase 2. What do you guys think ?

Ooohs, I's hates darn helicarriers!! Looks like someone goes rogue with that line by Falcon. I think its Cap that has gone rogue after discovering the "secret" and in a scene at a cemetery he asks Falcon to help him.

I also think SHIELD could be dismantled in this film, creating a more black ops team.

Agent0, you have a keen eye. . . you're right we never looked at that scene closely; however, if you look at the scene where Winter Soldier grapples Falcon down, he is on one of the carriers as well. . . I don't like to speculate cause a lot of times, trailers juggle a whole bunch of scenes back and forth and so on, but if I may, I think the carriers are in the final battle where “Red Skull” takes over one of them and they fight to the end?? I don’t know. . . . 56 more days and counting.

My theory is Hydra has infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. and has been secretly pushing their agenda for quite some time, but thanks to a watch dog software called Ultron, the Hydra agents are being sniffed out and terminated... and that makes enemies

@themidnightking Way to steal RogerWardell2 stuff.

I've read his tweets. Since the All Hail the King one-shot dude is CERTIFIED LEGIT to me. Based on what he's been revealing Age of Ultron seems crazy
