With the headline-making relaunch of the entire DC comic universe, it seems like every character is getting such a redo. The latest comic line confirmed to be relaunched is Batman Beyond, starring the futuristic Batman, Terry McGinnis.
Adam Beechen, one of the writers who worked on the Beyond comic line, confirms below (via his Twitter) that the line will indeed be relaunched.
The plan as I understand it is to keep all storylines going, just start with a new #1.
Origin story in the works, but not for #1. You won’t believe our twist, or who’s drawing it!
As with the rest of the DC comic universe,
Batman Beyond #1 will hit stores this September!
