The First DEADPOOL 2 Trailer Has Arrived...And It's Definitely Not What We Were Expecting
Fox has released the first trailer for Deadpool 2 and while it takes a very unexpected approach to revealing our first look at the movie, we get to see some incredible new footage from the sequel...
Well, this came out of nowhere! The first trailer for Deadpool 2 is finally here and it's in the form of...a Bob Ross inspired parody video? Yes, that's really what it is and while it does appear to just be a fun promo video at first glance, you'll want to stay tuned until the 1:30 mark for the first official footage from the highly anticipated follow-up. So, what does this teaser tell us about the 2018 release?
Well, we get to see Cable's leg as he draws his gun, Deadpool taking aim before he's joined by Vanessa and Dopinder in separate shots, and then the return of Negasonic Teenage Warhead alongside various other supporting characters from the first film, some action scenes, and even Domino looking cool.
So, you probably think this is just a trailer teaser, right? Wrong. This will be shown in theaters this weekend in front of Justice League and while a proper trailer is no doubt on the way, we're clearly not getting it yet (bear in mind that the movie is set to be released next June, so there's still a long time to go). What do you think of this first look at Deadpool 2? As always, share your thoughts down below.
