The Avengers have been name-dropped several times in recent Doctor Strange promos, and this latest TV spot actually features footage of three staples of the team. Does this mean they'll appear in the film? Probably not, as it's most likely just a smart marketing technique to remind/inform audiences that this relatively obscure character is connected with the more established heroes. Still you never know!

Aside from the brief glimpses of Hulk, Iron Man and Cap, we have some new footage of Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and co. in action, so be sure to have a watch.

Marvel’s Doctor Strange follows the story of the talented neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who, after a tragic car accident, must put ego aside and learn the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions. Based in New York City’s Greenwich Village, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilising a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel cinematic universe.

Doctor Strange hits theaters on November 4.

@Brainiac13 - I don't remember them leaning this hard on The Avengers when Ant-Man came out, I wonder why.
