Would David E. Kelly make a good writer for a television show?

I love the She-Hulk, I think she is one of Marvel's better female characters. So, I got to thinking recently that She-Hulk might make a good television show. This seems like an odd choice, I know, but they are talking about doing a Cloak &Dagger show though.

Who could/should right this show? I say David E. Kelly. Yes, I know he got involved with that terrible Wonder Woman project, but She-Hulk would be perfect for him! He has a proven track record of writing lawyer shows (A McBeal, The practices, and Boston Legal) with both dramatic and comedic elements. Which is what I think would make this show a winner.

What do you think?

Allie Mcbeal...as 'WonderWoman'? Come on man, this guy's not right for the character.
I liked 'Alley Mcbeal'(the 1st & 2 seasons),and I know the guy's a good writer(Boston Legal),but this is Wonder Woman, not a quirky idiosyncratic.(look it up)

The Wonder Woman pilot was good. Remember that when we are not watching the Playboy thing or those TWA pots. NBC does not like strong women. Chase is a perfect example. Now that Mario Bello show. We'll see. WW would have at least gone 3 seasons.

But would Kelly be better suitedto write She-Hulk better than Wonder Woman?

Kelly needs to stick with comedy/drama,and ABC/Marvel needs to give an actual comic book writer who has some film background the script writing job for whatever character.

Team Kelly up with a comic writer as an advisor then...

actually Kelly would be a great pick DEPENDENT on how they do the show. If its just a straight she's a lawyer and she becomes she hulk.... no. But if its the quirky type of breaking the 4th wall, then hire Kelly IMMEDIATLY

1) He can deal with a female driven lead show (McBeal)
2) It more than likely will be an ABC property, not NBC so you won't have the issues like WW.
4) He can do quirky comedy that does appeal to the masses (Boston Legal).
