I would figure that they would use the characters as this...doc conners turns into the lizard and kraven hears about his destructive habits in NY while kraven is in Africa. He sees this as his test that he's been waiting for. hes goes to NY fights lizard and spidey. Spidey wins the battle and sends Doc to a treatment center and Kraven to jail. MJ cant handle the fact that peter might be killed and gives peter and ultimatum, choose spiderman or her. He choses to stay with his duty and protect the city and honor uncle Ben.
In spidey 5...Roderick Kingsley finds the blueprint plans for the glider and costume from Harry as we find out he is a robber and snuck in is house and checked his computer. After killing the butler, he sends the glider and suit to his friend. He shows him how to use it. However, kingsley knows he has to get rid of spiderman to be a true villain, he finds gwen stacey and spiderman talking and they reinact the gwen death scene from the comics after a fight. Spiderman loses his cool and almost kills The hobgoblin, but gives him to Captain Stacey instead. Shocker is seen as a thug that peter gets rid of and not based as a primary villain. Spidey raids and stops the kingpin's shipments and puts many of his thugs in jail, he finds spiderman as a pest and wants him terminated, he enlists scientists to make scorpion and rhino. They fight and everything and spidey wins in the end. He sends scorpion and rhino to jail as well.
In Spiderman 6...tombstone is in financial partnership with kingpin and they both have equal goals, kill spiderman. They send multiple thugs but spidey conquers them all. Out of no where the symbiote controls escape convict rapist Cletus Cassidy and when kingpin and tombstone see this they enlist him. They break Electro, shocker, rhino, kraven (with some persuation by kidnapping his wife), and scorpion out of jail to make a new Sinister Six. Spidey defeats them, with a little help from colonel fury, Luke Cage and SHIELD, and spiderman is presented and offer to join the NEW Avenegrs...
