X-Men: Apocalypse Fan Cast

This is my Fan-Cast for the upcoming 2016 film, X-Men: Apocalypse!

Here is my fan-cast for X-Men: Apocalypse (2016). 
NOTE: All current X-Men members in the films will not be included in this fan-cast obviously because they're already cast. 


First off, we all know that Apocalypse will take place in the past timeline with the future timeline having some sort of involvement. Therefore, I will be casting only the past characters and not the future since we already know they are. 

My choice for Cyclops would be Garret Hedlund. For two reasons, one being that he closely resembles Lucas Till (Havok) which is Scott's brother. Two being that he is one hell of an actor. 

My choice for Jean Grey would be Kirsten Dunst, just kidding, but honestly I would pick Stacey Farber. Shes got the look and the chops. 

My choice for Apocalypse would be any basic stuntman and Phil Morris as the voice from his work as Vandal Savage in Justice League: Doom.

I don't think Hedlund can pass for a 20 year old.
He looks even older than his actual age.

Haven't seen Farber in anything so I can't comment on her acting but she doesn't seem to be on anyone's radar, mostly a TV actress.

For Apocalypse, it'll probably be a name actor who's well known. Somebody who's not afraid to be buried under prosthetic make-up or VFX and who is willing to NOT show his face onscreen.

For the younger X-Men, it's a tough one. Hedlund is 29 pushing 30. I like the idea of Lupita Nyong'o as Storm, but she's already 31 years old. Might be hard if they're aiming for the characters to be in their late teens in the 1980s.

If they want to keep the budget down (especially in hiring cast), it should be unknowns or slightly-established actors who are willing to be signed to sequels.

See with Lupita I'm torn too. She is 31 but in 12 Years I'm sure her character was supposed to be 18/19 or something, a lot younger than her!

I'd love it if Lupita was cast as Storm. I think it'll be great. As for your choices for the rest of the cast i'm unsure. Sam Caflin from Catching Fire would be my choice for Cyclops.
