The following tweets from Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor let us know that filming began yesterday(Monday 1st Nov) on the Ghost Rider sequel..



principal photography on ghost rider SOV begins today!!!

idris elba, helicopters, motorcycles, russian arm and the the Transfagarasanul.... HOLY SH*T

The Transfagarasanul(say that fast 3 times) is a winding highway in Romania, over 6,560 feet tall, and will be used for motorcycle stunt scenes in the film. Said stunts obviously involve Idris Elba's character and I would assume Nicholas Cage as Ghost Rider himself.

It should be interesting to see what they do with the stunts. Im telling you , ive been on that road and when youre on top its one heck of a feeling.
