The CW's Arrow has been known (whether positively or negatively) for it's realistic approach to the DC universe, taking previously super-powered characters such as the
Royal Flush Gang, Count Vertigo, Black Canary, etc and turning them into regular, non-powered people. Many fans feel as though this is limiting the renowned series, as the DC universe is huge and known for there iconic characters. But "never say never", as when asked about powers possibly appearing on the show, this is what series producer had to say.
