Check Out 11 Minutes Of B-Roll Footage And A Funny Gag Reel From The GHOSTBUSTERS Reboot

Over 10 minutes of B-roll footage from Paul Feig's Ghostbusters reboot has found its way online. Plus, there's a gag reel that'll probably give you more of a laugh than any of the jokes from the trailers.

The following B-roll footage from Ghostbusters offers an interesting behind-the-scenes glimpse into the making of the Paul Feig-directed reboot. There's also a gag reel which proves that, whether the actual movie turns out to be funny or not, Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones and Chris Hemsworth definitely had a great time shooting it.

Erin Gilbert (Wiig) and Abby Yates (McCarthy) are a pair of unheralded authors who write a book positing that ghosts are real. A few years later Gilbert lands a prestigious teaching position at Columbia University, but her book resurfaces and she is laughed out of academia. Gilbert reunites with Yates and others when ghosts invade Manhattan and she and her team have to save the world.

Ghostbusters hits theaters on July 15.

The really sad thing is that the movie has all the right ingredients to be enjoyable at the least. Apart from that terrible Fall Out Boy song, the movie has some good things going for it:
1. The writers
2. Paul Feig, the director and one of the writers, is a solid comedy director.
3. The main cast has been killing it on SNL, and they have pretty good chemistry.
Hell the original cast has even said it's a great movie.

It may not be the best comedy, or even better than the original, but I don't think the movie warrants the hate it's been getting because it has the potential to be great.

Leslie Jones has easily been the worst thing about this movie. Cringe factor cranked up to 11.

Hell the original cast has even said it's a great movie.

There have been strong rumours of Sony contractually forcing the cast into making appearance under threat of a lawsuit. Dan Akroyd is the only one who i remotely believe to have any actual faith in the movie, and that's just because he's wanted another Ghostbusters for eons.
